Hi, I'm Shelbie — and Arizona has been home for as long as I can remember. My family planted roots here when I was just three years old, and I've been falling in love with this state ever since. Some kids grew up obsessed with playgrounds; I grew up obsessed with model homes and open houses. There was something magical to me about walking through a front door and imagining the life that could happen inside.

These days, I get to turn that childhood magic into a career I'm truly passionate about. I specialize in the East Valley — the communities I've explored, the desert trails I've hiked, and the neighborhoods I call home. From Gilbert to Chandler, Mesa to Queen Creek, I know this corner of Arizona deeply, and I love helping others discover why so many people choose to put down roots here.

When I'm not helping clients find their perfect place, you'll find me chasing around my three kids with my husband — my college sweetheart and favorite adventure buddy. Life is full, loud, and beautifully messy, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

I also hold a master's degree in Sustainable Solutions from Arizona State University, which deepens my appreciation for thoughtful, community-minded living — something I bring into every conversation about home.
